Lavender Eye Pillow

These pillows are so relaxing and calming. You can cool these down or heat them up or just use them as is.

Cold: perfect to help relieve tension, headaches, and fever. This will also reduce puffy eyes.

Hot: will also help relieve headaches and is great aroma therapy as warming will activate more of the lavender buds. Flax seed holds the heat so be careful not to over heat.

Directions for use:

Cool: place in freezer for 20 minutes or leave in between uses.

Warm: place in microwave for 15 seconds then flip for an additional 15 seconds. Repeat as needed.

Warning: do not let it get too hot, the eyes are a sensitive area. 15 seconds on each side will most likely be sufficient.

As is: at room temp place over eyes and breathe deep.
