Lavender Eye Pillows

Lavender Eye Pillow

These pillows are so relaxing and calming. You can cool these down or heat them up or just use them as is. These were inspired by my pregnancy headaches and I can't take ibuprofen. I keep one or 2 in the freezer all the time.

Materials

Made with 100% cotton fabric, lavender buds and whole flaxseed.

The cotton fabric is from Sweetwater Cotton Shoppe it's a 100% cotton fabric and it is such a soft lovely texture.

The flaxseed holds the temperature well which is why we use it to keep it hot or cold.

Lavender buds for a natural fragrance, nothing added. If the scent starts to fade shake it up to reactivate the scent.

Cold

Perfect to help relieve tension, headaches, and fever. This will also reduce puffy eyes. These are a great addition to homeopathic medicine for migraines and headaches.

Hot

The heat will also help relieve headaches and is great aroma therapy as warming will activate more of the lavender buds. Flax seed holds the heat so be careful not to over heat.

These are hand sewn and the flaxseed and lavender buds are hand mixed in small batches.

When I was pregnant I was looking for something to relieve headaches and these were amazing. A natural way to relieve headaches, I would keep them in my freezer and place them on the back of my neck... and relief.

Check them out here.
